The present work aimed at reporting the case of a seven-year-old canine patient of the Jack Russel breed presenting an ulcerated nodule in the ear, diagnosed by histopathology and immunohistochemistry as cutaneous histiocytoma. A surgical conchectomy was performed, and later on the patient evolved with an increase in volume in the cervical region. The patient underwent a tomography scan, which showed that the nodule was unique and had no vascular involvement. Because of this, a new surgical approach was required, in which the nodule was sent for histopathology, which confirmed Histiocytoma invasion in the lymph node. Approximately four months after the last surgical procedure, patient presented growth of several nodules throughout the body, exhibiting a different clinical manifestation in this second moment, compatible with Langerhans Histiocytosis, being the prognosis more unfavorable.
