Law and Complexity: an integrative view of science in favor of the human being

Direito e Complexidade: um olhar integrativo das ciências em favor do ser humano

Resumo

The present work follows the paths of bibliographic research, having as an investigative axis the relationship between Law and the other sciences, based on the Theory of Complexity. It starts from the assumption that the sciences are part of a complex structure of human knowledge, so that a multidimensional understanding of these could contribute to a better application of the. The research objectives are the search for elements that demonstrate (or not) the possibility of integrating the sciences in favor of the human being. It is believed that this possible way of understanding the Law can contribute to a re-reading of the hermeneutic foundations and, more than that, an efficient way of applying the Law, so that it contemplates the human being in a complete way. In this sense, reviewing the adopted literature, it can be seen that an integrative understanding (complex and multidimensional) provides elements that can contribute to an efficient application of the Law and, consequently, a greater effectiveness of the legal norms. It should be noted that the present research does not aim to exhaust the subject, but only and solely to highlight initial elements for eventual improvement and complementation of it.
