Prioridades competitivas e inovação de processo na cadeia produtiva da maçã

Este estudo tem como objetivo apresentar uma análise sobre a relação entre quatro dimensões das Prioridades Competitivas (Entrega, Qualidade, Custo e Flexibilidade) e Inovação de Processo na cadeia produtiva da Maçã, Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil. O método de pesquisa foi quantitativo descritivo, operacionalizada através de uma survey, com escala de likert de 5 pontos. A amostra foi constituída por xxx atores das cadeias produtivas da maçã do Rio Grande do Sul. A análise dos dados foi realizada através da técnica de Modelagem de Equações Estruturais (MEE), a qual confirmou que existe relação positiva e significativa entre as Prioridades Competitivas (Entrega, Qualidade, Custo e Flexibilidade) e a Inovação de Processo. Todas as hipóteses foram confirmadas com nível de significância de 5%. Em estudos futuros recomenda-se que se seja incorparada a estratégia de mercado como uma prioridade competitiva.
