The use of technological innovations in building maintenance management
O uso de inovações tecnológicas na gestão da manutenção predial
Palavras-chave:
Technological innovations;, Building maintenance;, Public management.Resumo
The research seeks to evaluate the impact of technological innovations on building maintenance management. The importance of this research lies in the growing need to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of building maintenance processes, which are crucial for ensuring the safety, functionality, and durability of building structures. Technological innovations have the potential to transform these processes, making them more agile, accurate, and cost-effective. To achieve this, a comprehensive review of existing literature on the topic will be conducted, as well as a detailed analysis of the most relevant and recent practical examples. The aim is to generate valuable insights for public administrators, professionals in the construction sector, and other stakeholders interested in the topic.
