Barreiras e facilitadores da transferência do conhecimento em equipes terceirizadas no gerenciamento de projetos: Uma Revisão Sistemática

Resumo

A pesquisa teve como objetivo identificar pela literatura o que tem sido explorado sobre a transferência de conhecimento em equipes terceirizadas no contexto de gestão de projetos. Como método foi realizada uma pesquisa exploratória, com abordagem qualitativa, utilizando-se das bases Web of Science (WOS) e Scopus contemplando o período de 1996 a 2019. A amostra total derivou em 132 artigos e depois da aplicação de filtros a amostra final para análise resultou em 54 artigos. Foram identificadas razões e motivos variados a respeito da importância de se implementar a terceirização em projetos. Por fim, no entanto, concluiu-se que não há uma abordagem padrão a ser seguida, visto que, foram destacadas inúmeras e diferentes técnicas e procedimentos para se realizar de forma mais efetiva a transferência de conhecimento quando utilizadas equipes terceirizadas no gerenciamento de projetos.
