A study was conducted to survey the satisfaction of patients who underwent orofacial harmonization procedures using botulinum toxin to treat signs of aging in the upper third of the face. This is a retrospective observational study, with a sample population of 40 patients treated from November 2022 to June 2023, at the Ingá Institute, Marabá Polo, state of Pará, using data collection through a questionnaire that evaluated patient satisfaction, addressing sociodemographic aspects and questions related to patient satisfaction with the procedure performed. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, such as frequency, mean and deviations, and Pearson’s correlation. All analyses were performed in SPSS 21.0 software, with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that the average satisfaction index of the patients was 95.73%, the minimum percentage was 4.27%. Pearson’s correlation of the groups shows a significant correlation for age for question P1 and P5, for phototype question P5 and for menopause for question P1 and P5, adapted from SROE. The P values for these parameters are considered statistically significant <0.05.
